In this ISTD project I explored the concept of decomposition through

a multitude of different perspectives. I looked at the idea of physical decomposition through leaf forms as well as the new wave typographical style exploring the decay of letterforms and grid systems. Contextually, it explores text detailing physical decomposition along side the breaking down of concepts and signifiers and how that allows us to perceive the world around us based on our previous experiences. Overall, this project lives and breathes the idea of decomposition in ever little aspect.
